Customer Support
Customer Support provides telephone and email based product support between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:30PM CST. All customers who have a current maintenance and support agreement are entitled to Customer Support.
Standard Customer Support includes:
• Regularly scheduled software updates
• Technical hot-line assistance
• Access to the ApolloLIMS customer service area
• Invitation to ApolloLIMS user group activities
Premium 7 / 24 Support Coverage
For a customer that has a need for advanced levels of support there is an optional upgrade to 24 hour support coverage. With this option in addition to support offered in our standard support program, Premium Support Coverage provides continuous 24 hour a day, 7 day a week support. The Premium Support Coverage contract allows for unlimited after hours support calls and provides the ultimate in availability to our support staff.
Quarterly Site Visits
The reporting module offers a variety of standard reports designed to fulfill a broad range of requirements. ApolloLIMS is able to fulfill diverse reporting requirements from providing a comprehensive diagnostic observation to a requesting agency all the way to measuring productivity and quality assurance in the laboratory environment.
